Your purchase entitles you to one free installation of the software, subject to the terms of the purchase license.

Additional installs are $15 each.

Essentially, that means you supply access to your: ftp, cpanel, and phpmyadmin. If you use a different administrative setup, such as Plesk or something other than cpanel, ask your ISP to install the software for you if you have trouble.

Either include this access information in the special instructions on the PayPal purchase page, or send them in a support request on the support page.

Installations are normally completed within two business days, excluding holidays and weekends. If you are not notified that the installation has been done within that time frame, send a message through the support page available to purchasers. It could be that there was a technical glitch and the order was not received, Mr. Kindsvater is on vacation, etc.
